How to buy with Aparta
When you buy with Aparta, we become a co-owner of the home - but you're the one who lives in it.

Buy the home
We purchase the home together and establish a co-ownership. The cost of establishing the co-ownership and the usage fee for the first two years are included in the settlement.
Live in the whole home
You live in the entire property, with no ongoing payments to Aparta. The annual usage fee for Aparta's share is paid when the co-ownership ends.
Sell the home or buy our share
Sell the home whenever you want within 10 years. The sale amount is divided between you and Aparta according to ownership share, after the total usage fee has been deducted. You can also choose to buy back Aparta's share.
