Can I sell the home before the agreement period ends?

Yes, you can sell the property at any time during the agreement period. Aparta’s share will then be sold together with yours. The sale takes place as a standard property transaction, where the parties agree on which real estate agent to use. Prepaid usage fees are not refunded, even if the property is sold before two years of the agreement period have passed.
