What obligations do I have after selling a share to Aparta?

When you sell a share of your home to Aparta, you remain responsible for keeping the property in good condition and ensuring it is properly insured. The home must be maintained in the normal way for as long as Aparta is a co-owner. Lack of maintenance that leads to a reduction in the property’s value may affect the settlement at the time of sale. You are also responsible for addressing any defects. These obligations are described in the agreement you review and sign when entering into co-ownership with Aparta.
