Adding You to the Waitlist
● Purpose: We process personal data that you provide through the contact and interest form on the HILI website. We also use your personal data to send you relevant information about HILI. ● What personal data do we collect and use: We process your email address. ● Legal basis: Consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing from one of our email newsletters. ● Storage period: The personal data is kept until you request to be removed from the waiting list, or when we offer you to sell a share of your home.
Giving consent is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw this at any time.

HILI uses cookies on our websites. HILI relies on both legitimate interests and consent when processing personal data in connection with cookies. The legitimate interests pursued are the security and proper functioning of the website. Consent for optional cookies can be given or withdrawn through the cookie banner on our website, where you can also manage your preferences and find detailed information about each type of cookie.
4. How long do we store your personal data?
We will store your personal data until you withdraw your consent or until you are otherwise no longer on the waiting list. We may also store personal data longer than this to fulfill statutory information requirements, for example to fulfill obligations under the Money Laundering Act or the Accounting Act.
Furthermore, we will delete personal data about you if you request it, unless we have a legal basis or obligation to retain personal data, for example statutory obligations mentioned above.

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is stated, you have given your consent to do so, or we are required by law to do so. Examples of this may include sharing with public authorities to fulfill legal obligations and our data processors, Supabase and Intercom.
If we use subcontractors to process personal data on our behalf, they will always act on our instructions and in accordance with data processing agreements.

Personal data processed by HILI is stored on servers within the EU/EEA. We do not store personal data in countries outside the EU/EEA.

We take information security seriously and have established appropriate security measures to protect the integrity, availability and confidentiality of your personal data. Access to your personal data is limited to employees who have a business need for such access. We will provide training to employees and third parties where relevant to promote awareness of our privacy policies and procedures.
